1. Design Business Incubator
Awareness Seminar Series: COO-NDBI has conducted workshops
in leading colleges and institutions in Gujarat like
Nirma, LDCE, GEC, NIFT.
2. Design Clinic: An innovative
concept wherein the Design related problems of the clients
are diagnosed by NDBI's consultants. NDBI has conducted
Design Clinics for the following clients:

invited to make a keynote presentation on "Design
for SMEs" in the CII SME Linkage 2004, jointly
organized by CII and Government of India, 25 - 27 March,

Management Forum, 13-15 May, 2004

Achievements:
1. Prayas Abhinav - Area: Communication
Design: Media, Content Management - Already signed a
Content Syndication deal with a Portal. Brought out
3 issues of Crimson Feet, a magazine for creative community
and actively networking creative community through websites
crimsonfeet.org, feetus.org. He is also involved in
conceptual development, interface design and hosting
for portals communityradioindia.org and bytesforall.org.
2. Amit Paul - Area: Industrial
Design: Entertainment, An NID Graduate running his own
Design Consultancy firm, "Design Edge" decided
to become an entrepreneur in the area of Play equipment
with focus on innovation, design, safety and no maintenance.
The USP of the play equipment is excitement through
Design. Already sold equipments to a multiplex and a
school at Ahmedabad.
3. Sandip Paul - Industrial
Design: Disposable Mug: Indian Railways has evinced
a strong interest in commercializing this for improving
hygiene of toilets.
4. Suhasini Bawankule -
Industrial Design : Chakla (Roti Maker). ITC Foods has
evinced a strong interest in commercializing this product.
