KritiKal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is the first faculty-student led start-up that sprung up from the Indian Institute of Technology - Delhi (IIT-D) technology Business Incubator Program in August 2002. The founding members at KritiKal comprise a group of highly enthusiastic and skilled set of graduates, and eminent faculty members at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering , IIT Delhi. Later on the team expanded to include an experienced Sales and Marketing team. The faculty members bring with them vision and experience gained through many years of consulting experience to various companies,in India and abroad, for executing large projects and teaching at various universities across the globe . Combined with the technical expertise and skill of the younger members of the team, it makes for a very potent brew - a combination of experience, expertise and energy.

We are a R&D house based out of IIT Delhi, working in wireless and communication technologies. We believe the future is going to belong to ubiquitous networks, based on convergence, and "virtual-wires" i.e. wireless in the last mile. Our vision is to invest in and develop the technologies which will lead us towards this "VirtualWired" world.

SANMOTECH is an innovative technology development initiative and has been set up as an incubator under IIT Delhi Technology Business Incubation Unit (TBIU) scheme to carry out application development work done in supra molecular chemistry especially on macrocyclic metacyclophanes. These molecular entities are relatively new molecules that have demonstrated diverse applications and are amongst the most researched and patented organic chemicals in the past few years. There are only a few companies in the world developing industrial applications based on them.

SANMOTECH's promoters are Dr. HM Chawla - Prof. of Chemistry, IITD who is amongst the foremost researcher in this field in the world and Baldeep Punia - an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad and a senior Marketing, Business and Technology Development professional from the industry.

Elfsys is using Sensor network technology for solving a variety of real life problems. Sensor Networks, as the name suggests is a wireless network of sensors. The special features of this network are its robustness & resilience and ease of deployment. These networks are very versatile and can be used in a number of applications, just by changing the sensors on the nodes.

For example by using proximity sensors, these networks can be used for perimeter security. Sensor networks find applications in industrial monitoring where temperature, humidity and light sensors are used. They can also be used for supply chain management by the addition of smart card readers and RFID.

GridSolv focuses on business software solutions that leverage Grid Computing technologies. Grid Computing technologies represent a fundamental paradigm shift and will redefine much of IT as we know it today. Our exclusive focus on Grid Computing Technologies helps us build a company with demonstrable thought leadership, the requisite human capital, innovative technologies and processes to deliver advanced, leading-edge solutions for our customers. Our services span the entire life-cycle of software development while addressing cross-industry applicability of Grid Computing technologies to business problems.

The company was founded by experienced technologists and managers from the hi-tech Indian diaspora in Silicon Valley, USA and has managed to attract eminent faculty from IIT Delhi on its advisory board as well as some distinguished business leaders from India and abroad.

Genie Network Systems is an Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi incubated technology startup founded by IIT Delhi faculty and five IIT alumni. Genie is focused on developing solutions for wireless networks with focus on WiMAX, WiFi and other last mile technologies. The founding team brings with them 50+ years of wireless industry and wireless company creation expertise. The team's technical expertise include network management, service quality assurance, performance enhancement, network security, IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.16 MAC design and 2.5G/3G based mobile solutions.
